Ars Technica: A history of the Amiga, part 3
Under the title link Jeremy Reimer has continued his survey about the Amiga history with the first prototypes and the development of the operating system. The third part ends with the purchase by Commodore.
In his article serie the author wants to explain "what the Amiga was, what it meant to his developers and users and why it - despite of the early decline and its [from the current point of view] rather slight brand awareness - had so much influence on the computer industry".
