JavaScript-Interpreter: SpiderMonkey ported
Tim Johnson has published a still limited port of SpiderMonkey which is the JavaScript-interpreter of Mozilla. The program is started from the command line and requires an AmigaOS 2.04 as well as a 68020-processor with FPU.

MorphOS-Team: Next Version will support Efika
As the MorphOS team has announced under the title link at the MorphZone as well as Genesi in a press release, the next to be released version of MorphOS will support the Efika board of bplan.
Moreover an extended version of the MorphOS report overview ("MorphOS: The Lightning OS") from Fulvio Peruggi et al. was published.

Programmieren: German Translation of the "Porting Guides for Newbies"
Michael Asse has translated the "Porting-Guide für Dummies 1.1" (Porting Guide for Newbies) (amiga-news.de reported) into German, that persons without skills in the German language would be able to make ports for small tools.
The author appreciates the indication of small bugs in the translation or a similar feedback.
