CUCUG: Status Register July 2005 (englisch)
The CUCUG status register of July 2005 was published. In the status register
the club reports regularly about their own meetings and about Amiga, Linux,
Macintosh and PC. This time Johhny C. Kitchens reports about the 20th
anniversary of the Amiga.

Mediapoint sources no longer available
As of today, the sources to Mediapoint are no longer available to the
public. Projects involving the use of the sources that are announced
to Computer City (including detailed description) before the end of this
month, will be evaluated and may be approved for use. After september 1st
2005, all non-approved use of Mediapoint sources and executables will be
prohibited.

Price reduction of "The Spectacular Rise and Fall of Commodore"
The price for the book "The Spectacular Rise and Fall of Commodore"
(amiga-news reported) which
will be printed next week has been reduced by the publisher. Anyone who
has preordered will receive their refund by the end of August 6.

WHDLoad: New archives until 08.08.2005
With WHDLoad you can install games on your hard drive which were
originally meant only for use with disks. Besides this several
incompabilities with newer Amiga models were fixed. The following
installers have been added or updated:
