Linux distribution: CruxPPC 2.0 for Macintosh and Pegasos
Today version 2.0 of the LinuxPPC distribution "Crux" has been released. It supports Apples PowerPC computers as well as the Pegasos 2. The distribution uses the Linux kernel 2.6.8.1.

Intermediaware is looking for programmers for Amiga port
Intermediaware is looking for a talented Amiga programmer who may port the game "Psychoballs" (information by the title link) to AmigaOS 3, AmigaOS 4 and/or MorphOS. All source code from the original developers will be provided as well as all graphics and sound/music files.
The game is a clone of the Amiga classic Logical by Rainbow Arts. For details please contact amigedev@intermediaware.de, best with a brief summary of the regarding experience.

Mac emulation: MacOnAmiga is back to full functionality
MacOnAmiga is dedicated to be the one stop solution to Amiga users for classic Mac emulation. The site was suffering from amigaworld.net's server downtime, but is back to full functionality now.

Aminet: Main server us.aminet.net goes offline.
Due to a broken RAID harddisk controller, the FTP archive wuarchive.wustl.edu is currently offline. Replacement hardware will not be available until the end of October. Amongst other things, wuarchive is hosting the main Aminet server us.aminet.net.
