 SixK Ports: UAE 0.8.14 and Pachi_Demo 0.1

SixK's website is now at http://amiga.comscripts.com/. You'll find two new reworked ports there:
  • 2002-09-25 22:49 - UAE 0.8.14 with CD32 joypad support: SixK has modified UAE 0.8.14 to use lowlevel.library. You will now be able to play UAE with a CD 32 pad and maybe in a near future with a PC Joypad connected to your sound blaster card... Download: uae_0.8.14.lzx

  • 2002-09-25 00:13 - SDL Games: pachi_demo 0.1 available for 68k. You will find Pachi_Demo 0.1 jump&run game inspired from games like jetset willy. Run fine on Amithlon, too slow on 040. Download: pachi_demo.0.1.lzx.

 AWeb Open Source: Mailing List Archive and Compatibility Chart

The archive of the two AWeb APL mailing lists are now also available with an HTML interface. The mailing list for announcements is at http://lists.sunsite.dk/aweb/, and the developer mailing list is at http://lists.sunsite.dk/aweb-dev/.

Beyond that, there is a compatibility chart.

The Tool Report+ from Amigan Software is up to version 5.62 for users of AmigaOS 3.9. With Report+ it's easy to handle bug reports, Aminet "Readme" files, autodocs und similar reports. The program is freeware and supports the GUI systems Reaction and GadTools.

CleverWIN from Stephan Rupprecht has appeared in version 37.11. This tool is useful for slow hardware, because it allows the windows to be quickly refreshed.

 Game: Amiga Rediscovery - Hoi AGA Remix

Now and then Amiga Rediscovery picks an old game or game demo out, puts it up for download, interviews the author and asks gamers to report back about the game. Currently that game is Hoi, a funny Jump'n'Run game, and you'll also find an interview with Hoi's author Metin Seven under the title link.
