amiga-news.de: There is a new board within our forum - Programming
Several times we were asked to establish a board for programmers within our
forum. Finally Stephen Nitz convinced us to do so.
It is a common board all around programming and not related to any special
language. Likewise beginners and advancers are both welcome to share,
improve or acquire their knowledge.

IRC-Client: BenderIRC version 1.5b9
BenderIRC went through several updates, for example the DCC routines got a GUI now.
Benders main GUI is infinitely resizable now, at least the start bug is also fixed
along with several other little improvements.
For version 1.6 there is still a PGP chat planned as well as some further improvements
of the GUI and, of course, more plugins..
Hint: Please take a view to the history before you start Bender, the config
has changed a little.

The required drivers will be made available seperatly in the "IOUSB Scanner Package" (IOUSB SP) with the appearance of fxSCAN 4.0. By building upon the IOUSB technology, it will be possible to use the drivers with both the Poseidon stack (Highway®, Subway®, MorphOS) and the stack contained in AmigaOS® 4.0.
