Microsoft: Sueing federal staates are to be supplied with Windows sources
According to a press report by Reuters Microsoft has to permit the 9 sueing federal states to examine the source code of Windows as ordered by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in connection with the cartel trial. This is supposed to give the prosecuting party an opportunity to discover if Microsoft's statement that it is not possible to create a Windows version without Internet Explorer is right. more ... Story: Fighting Nintendo by means of a fly swat
In the middle of the 80s Nintendo had with NES a market share of 90% in the US and in Japan. In the above Telepolis article Konrad Lischka describes Sega's idea to opt out of Nintendo and create his own market.
