New feature of TCPScanner V0.40
Portscanning on the Amiga enters the next level, beside of UDP/TCP scanning the
TCP-Scanner now is capable of identscan, also, hence can learn which user has started
the service scanned. Additionally a rudimentary stealth technic was implemented to
the scan operation, making it difficult for portscan detectors to find portscans.
