SDL 3, which was introduced in January of this year as version 3.2, offers an extended programming interface (for the GPU, system dialogs, the file system and webcams, among others) and an extensively revised audio interface compared to its predecessor. The newly released version 2.6 offers, among other things, support for the Hires Denise chip (ECS) and hard drive support for the first time on the Amiga side. August) This year's futuRETRO will take place on 2 and 3 August at the Technical University of Augsburg and aims to bring together people who are interested in the creative use of historical computers and calculating machines. The Faculty of Computer Science at the Technical University of Augsburg invites you to attend lectures, workshops, exchanges, discussions and to experience historical hardware and software. Thus for example samples can be extracted from the latter or the author can be replaced in catalog files or the palette of an image can be replaced. It is primarily intended for automated processing.
