VirtualGP finally released
With VirtualGP, the probably best Formula One simulation for the Amiga has finally been released. The distribution of Paolo Cattanis Formula One simulation has been severly delayed by the CD manufacturer. The game requires an AGA Amiga with minimum 68030 and 6 MByte RAM as well as a CD drive. Miami Deluxe BETA Version 0.9k1 released
Download: MiamiDx09k1.lha
An Miami 3.0 or better installation is required, then the MiamiDeluxe archive has to be installed on top of this. The latest beta version of MiamiDeluxe requires MUI and a 68020 or better CPU, and can only be used by registered users. (ps)

Rumors about Microsoft game console confirmed
Heise writes:
Microsoft seems to plan to enter the exploding game console market this year. The software giant has been considering its plans for a Windows based system with Japaneese and American game companies, writes the US news service News.com, citing a source attending these talks. The source guesses that Microsoft will be able to announce the product by end of October.
