AMOS: Eclips animation in "Projects in the attic" added
At the end of November, the game developer group "Electric Black Sheep" had published a collection of games under the name "Projects in the attic", which were created for test purposes with the programming language AMOS (amiga-news.de reported). Included was the game "Eclips", in which you steer an owl through a landscape that is always the same. The group added the archive "EclipsAnim.rar" to this game, which now offers a complete animation in the sense of changing landscapes. Impressive!

Event: Level Up in Salzburg (Austria) with participation of Amiga Future
On July 1 and 2, 2023, the event "Level Up", a "Gaming and eSports festival", will take place for the third time at the Messezentrum Salzburg in Austria. In the retro area, the print-magazine Amiga Future will also take part with some computers.

PDF magazine: REV'n'GE 146 (Italian/English)
Besides the Italian original issue, the PDF magazine REV'n'GE ("Retro Emulator Vision and Game") is also available in English. The magazine's reviews compare, if available, the different ports of classic games to the various platforms of their time. Furthermore a focus is on rather unknown retro games.
Amiga-related, the current issue is about WAR (AMOS Strategy-War Game from 1992), Boxx 4 (2023 Game) and Death Rally (2023 PC conversion).

Music video: Controlling an Akai MPC ONE with Horny (MorphOS)
In a recent video, 'Dj Collins' shows how he controls his Akai MPC ONE using Horny from the Pegasos II under MorphOS. The Akai audio output is recorded from an Amiga 4000 with a Toccata sound card and the file is transferred via the network to HD-REC for mastering.
