Demoparty: Edison 2025 in Sweden (18.-20. July 2025)
The computer art festival and multi-platform demo party "Edison" will take place this year in central Stockholm (Sweden) on board the M/S Borgila from 18 - 20 July. The two-day event offers competitions in programming, graphics and music as well as a social gathering.

Rennspiel: Carmageddon update
A reverse engineering project brings the PC classic Carmageddon to the Classic Amiga: the conversion of Artur 'Arcziii' Jarosik (video) is based on the original engine, was adapted for the 68k architecture and requires the original game data of Carmageddon (amiga-news.de reported).
He has now added a non-SDL, CGX, AGA and OCS/ECS HAM6 executable as well as the "joy2Key2" tool from Lorence Lombardo (with a gui created by him), which allows joypad and gamepad keys to be assigned as keyboard keys.
