Porting Amiga applications on Linux: AxRuntime
Krzysztof 'deadwood' Śmiechowicz' "AxRuntime" is a runtime environment for Linux which emulates the AmigaOS-API and therefore enables porting Amiga applications on Linux and developing applications which can be compiled for AmigaOS/MorphOS/AROS as well as Linux. Examples videos show the AROS desktop Wanderer (MP4) and gmPlayer (MP4) under Linux.

In a discussion on AmigaWorld Śmiechowicz explained that currently the APIs of AmigaOS 3.1, CybergraphX, AHI, MUI as well as of some open source libraries and classes are supported but "It is the intend to eventually support API from all (Amiga)families". (cg) (Translation: dr)
