Print magazine: Amiga Future, issue 143 - preview and excerpts
A preview and extracts from issue 143 (March/April 2020) of Amiga Future have been released today. AmigaOS developer Darren Greenwald died
The former AmigaOS developer Darren Greenwald recently died. In 1990 Greenwald started to work for Commodore and after its decline he was hired by the American daughter company Scala. You can find a short summary of his career on reddit.com.

ISA Power processor: OpenPower Foundation introduced open license model
In August the OpenPower Foundation had announced the release of the Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) of the POWER processors of IBM as open source. Now the license model was introduced: In future chip manufacturers are allowed to build and sell their own Power kernels under the free license (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, CC BY 4.0) without having to pay license fees to the OpenPower Foundation. Two example implementations called "Microwatt" and "Chiselwatt" are also provided.

Game project: New preview video of 'Scourge of the Underkind'
"Scourge of the Underkind" is a tribute to games like Gods, Chaos Engine and Alien Breed, is written in assembler and will offer 16 levels devided into four worlds. After a longer break - the first previews were released four years ago - now the developers are working on the game again. Today a new preview video has been released.
