Emulator: WinUAE 2.8.0
Version 2.8.0 of the famous Amiga emulator WinUAE has been published. According to the developers, standard Amiga 500 compatibility is now practically as good as it can get without knowledge of blitter's undocumented internal logic design. (This drawback affects mainly some demos that accidentally modify blitter registers while blitter is already active.)

Print magazine: Amiga Future, issue 108
The English and German issue 108 (May/June 2014) of the print magazine Amiga Future has been distributed today. It can be ordered directly from the editorial office of Amiga Future and Amiga dealers that stock the magazine. This issue contains an interview with Grzegorz Kraszewski about DigiBooster 3 and a preview of the Amiga 500 graphics board GBAPII++.

Event: Amiga meeting in Halle (Saale) on May 17th/18th
On May 17th and 18th an Amiga meeting will take place in Halle (Saale), Germany. On Saturday the meeting will start at 8 a.m. and will end on Sunday at 8 p.m. It is an exclusive Amiga-retro meeting for talking shop and gambling.

During the demo party Revision 2014, members of Retroguru, supported by Frank 'phx' Wille, released the forth part of the Jump'n'Think series Sqrxz (video). Sqrxz 4 - Cold Cash is available for AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS. A version for AROS will be released during the next days.
