AmigaOS 4: UADE 2.13r5 with TuneNet-Plugin
The "Unix Amiga Delitracker Emulator" uses the hardware emulation of UAE as well as an interface for player plugins which is compatible to Delitracker and EaglePlayers to play a lot of different Amiga music formats. In version 2.13r5 among others a TuneNet-plugin was added.

Digital Audio Player plays audio CDs via AHI
Thomas Rapp's Digital Audio Player runs under AmigaOS 3/4 and plays mp3 and AIFF files as well as CDDA data and audio CDs. Because the program uses a buffer, audio CDs should be playable on a Sam460 without getting stuck.

Developer tool: vlink 0.14a

Demo Scene: Assembly 2012 Amiga demos
From 2. to 5. August the Assembly 2012 took place in Helsinki (Finland). There not any Amiga-specific "competitions" any more. Amiga demos have to compete in the categories "Combined Demo" and "Oldskool Demo" or "PC 1k".

AmigaOS 4: Vector paint program MindSpace 1.2b now Freeware
MindSpace is a paint program which can create Spider Diagrams, Mind Maps or Flowcharts. Version 1.2b which the author published as Shareware two years ago is now available for free.
The program has not been tested under the latest OS-updates and therefore "no guarantee is made to the efficacy or quality of the software."

Krzysztof Smiechowicz has asked to no longer be assigned to the Zune Enhancement bounty project. Currently 530 US-Dollar were donated. Krzysztof 'deadwood' Smiechowicz estimates that he has finished about 20 % and he is ready to provide support for a new developer.

AmigaOS 4 / MorphOS / AROS: XAMOS 0.26
The latest alpha version 0.26 of the C++ and SDL based AMOS-reimplementation called XAMOS has been published for AmigaOS 4, MorphOS and AROS/x86.
The update adds support for several screens, fixes bugs of the collision detection and adds further examples.

MorphOS: Scriba 0.2.0 imports OpenDocument text files
Version 0.2.0 of Carsten Siegner's word processing software Scriba which is still in development can now import OpenDocument text files of OpenOffice.
Additionally the new version 1.2 of the thumbnail viewer ShowOffice is included in directory C which now also supports the Scriba format.

Arcade game: Gravity Beam
Gravity Beam (Screenshots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) is a mix of both classic games Gravity Force 2 and Tractor Beam. The source codes will be published soon and can be useful for other developer novices.

MorphOS: ScummVM 1.5.0
After the version for AmigaOS 4 the latest version 1.5.0 called "Picnic Basket" of ScummVM now has also been published for MorphOS. The general changes are listed in the official Release Notes.
