Book: Petro Tyschtschenko's memoirs printed
According to Patric Klöter and Petro Tyschtschenko under the title link, the announced autobiography of the former logistics director of Commodore and executive director of Amiga Technologies will be printed after Easter.
The book will be sold by Power Service GmbH. An English translation will be available later.

MorphOS: Odyssey Web Browser 1.24
Fabien 'Fab' Coeurjoly has released another update of the WebKit-engine based web browser Odyssey for MorphOS.
Changes:
- Updated to WebKit r161078 (January 2014)
- Updated to OpenSSL 1.0.1g (which improves the SSL test at howsmyssl.com)
- Compiled with GCC 4.7.3, since WebKit now relies strongly on C++11 features
- Fixed an issue with large file support in CURL (fixes mail.one settings validation, for instance)
- Enabled WebP support again, it seems it had been disabled at some point
- Enabled RequestAnimationFrame HTML5 feature
- Added support for HTML5 "download" link attribute
- Convert suggested download filenames to local charset
- Adjusted Expect: 100 header handling (fixes easy-jet flight selection, for instance)
- Fixed CSS animation support (i.e. morphos.net flying powerbook)

WHDLoad: New packages until 12.04.2014
Using WHDLoad, you can install games, scene demos and intros from cracking groups on your harddisk that were not compatible with anything but floppy disks. The following installers have been added until April 12th, 2014:

MorphOS: Spreedy 0.7
"Spreedy" written by Carsten Siegner is a spreedsheet editor which is a simple but more powerful version of the editor included in the text processing software Scriba. The main focus is on the compatibility with programms like Excel and OpenOffice, which can also open Spreedy-files.
Version 0.7 now can automatizes some processes in spreadsheets, e.g. "conditional format" of cells, which makes it possible to assign predeterminated formats to numbers or characters. Furthermore the function "=TEXT()" allows to automatically create calendars.
Loading and editing Excel documents now works without any faults and no longer cause crashes. Carsten Siegner also started to add other languages to the programm.

Olaf Schönweiß has updated his AROS/68k-distribution AROS Vision.
Among others, version 2.5 includes additional Internet software, games and tools and new versions of the integrated development software.
Most important chages:

- AmiBlitz 3.6 (new snapshot)
- Additional Amiga-E-Compiler
- Trog AGA
- Additional SDL-games
- Ignition completely works

AmigaOS 4: AmigaAMP 3.15
Thomas Wenzel has updated his music play programm AmigaAMP. Changes in version 3.15:
- Fixed disabled string gadgets in info window
- Unlock pubscreen when iconified
- Fixed AREXX open/add commands to work with playlists
- Changed playlist loading code to always accept headerless playlists when their extension is (.pls|.m3u|.playlist)
- Completely revised charset conversion routines resulting in mucht better UTF8 support
- Revised plain M3U playlist loading, now also works via HTTP
- Fixed time display of long tracks in skinned playlist window, added time display to reaction playlist window
- Added automatic reconnect for shoutcast streaming if connection was lost

AmigaOS 4/MorphOS: Amazing Voxel Bird Saga (beta version)
Amazing Voxel Bird Saga is a free Warp3D-game for AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS. You have to guide a bird through the 3d landscape of Voxel-Land and "collect as many coins as possible" (video).
Due to the situation of the drivers, under AmigaOS 4 the game works on the computer of the developer (Sam460ex, Radeon 9200) very slowly and has graphic bugs.
