MorphOS: Keymap Switcher Keymap.sbar 20.5
Keymap.sbar is a plugin for the screen titlebar and allows comfortable switching between multiple keymaps without having to open MorphOS' System Preferences each time. It requires at least MorphOS 2.1 and 200 KB free hard disk space.
Features:
- Support for MorphOS and legacy (AmigaOS 3.1) keymaps
- A configurable keymap selection
- Beautiful hand-pixeled images in two sizes (automatically chosen depending on screen titlebar height) for each known MorphOS and legacy keymap
- Hotkeys for opening the quick selection menu and for cycling between activated keymaps
- Quick launching of Keystroke for character overview and selection
- Fully localized.
Changes:
Following a brief list of all changes since the first public beta release (version 20.3).
- Fixed two NULL reads which could occour if Keyboard.conf didn't existed (thanks to Nicolas Sallin for spotting)
- Defer keymap scanning; do it on demand rather than init (avoids
triggering a random bug/ race issue in certain versions of IPrefs
when Keymap.sbar is enabled at boot time already)
- Do not load config two times on init.
- Added a configurable hotkey to trigger opening of menu
- Added a configurable hotkey to cycle between active keymaps
- Localization
- Added help bubbles to preference page options
- German translation
- Installer now checks if Keymap.sbar is active already and verifies
version and revision of (a possible already installed) Keymap.sbar
- Updated documentation

AmigaOS 4: Bounty for Apache, MySQL and PHP
Under the title link you can donate for the AmigaOS-4.1-port of the webserver Apache 2.2.x, for the database MySQL 5.1.x and for the script language PHP 5.2.x as well as for a graphical user-interface for switching on and off it.
Edgar Schwan would write the ports if the minimum charges (... Euro) will be achieved. Step one (500 Euro) is supposed to be realized based on the Unix-environment AmiCygnix. Step two (300 Euro) should realize a native port. For this a new bounty project will be started. Therefore all current donations are meant for the first step.

Javascript: TAWS - The Amiga Workbench Simulation 0.10
TAWS - The Amiga Workbench Simulation is a JavaScript simulation of Amiga Workbench 3.x for Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Changes in the new version 0.10:
- copying icons when dragging across drives (completely recursive and with checking for existing files, please note the different behaviour in 3.1 and 3.5)
- when moving a disk into a drawer, it's converted to a drawer
- Amiga-like message-requesters (for simple messages like «About...» or to enter the name of a new drawer, etc.
- most menu commands are now supported and these are new:
- Workbench / Redraw all (animated)
- Workbench / Update all (animated)
- Workbench / About...
- Window / New drawer (now properly with requester and all. Please note the different behaviour in 3.1 and 3.5)
- Window / Update (animated)
- Window / Clear selection (3.5 only)
- Window / Clean up (3.1., try this out in the «Test Suite»)
- Window / Clean up by / Column (3.5, try this out in the «Test Suite»)
- Window / Clean up by / Name (3.5 only, try this out in the «Test Suite»)
- Window / Clean up by / Type (3.5 only, try this out in the «Test Suite»)
- Window / Resize to fit (3.5 only)
- Window / Snapshot / Window (although not saved in the cookie yet)
- Window / Snapshot / All (although not saved in the cookie yet)
- Icons / Copy (completely recursive)
- Icons / Rename
- Icons / Snapshot (although not saved in the cookie yet)
- Icons / UnSnapshot
- Icons / Put away
- Icons / Delete
- Tools / ResetWB (it's just an animation actually, but I really like how it turned out)
- Tools / Reset TAWS prefs (to delete the cookie and reset all to my default values)
- new settings in the prefs program:
- CycleToMenu-patch
- choice of icon border: none, small, mid, large
- choice of AmigaOS 3.1 or 3.5: this has influence on the menu and the general workbench behaviour. And it also replaces the OS3.5 icon-dragging patch.
- true amiga-like animated lasso
- truer animation when opening a drawer an listing its contents
- support for the Ctrl- and Alt-Keys in OS 3.5 for selecting or deselecting icons
- no more 'drop-not-allow' mouse pointer in Internet Explorer
- I changed some default values, so TAWS now looks much nicer when visiting for the first time
- «Test Suite» to try out things like sorting, moving or copying
- some bugfixes and minor code improvements
Feedback of any kind is always welcome. (snx)
