Amiga SDK for Windows providing Mediatic Presence
After Amiga Inc. also offers the Amiga SDK for
Windows, non-Amiga medias are showing interest in the Amiga once again. We
have, as usual, regrouped the press-releases on our special page "External Articles".
In this context the second interview of 'Temple of Technology' with Fleecy
Moos is surely the most interesting. (Hint: you need to switch off background
images to read the interview in AWeb).
Supplement:
Mistake: The interview with Fleecy is no second interview,
but the one that has already been mentionned here on Ooctober 12th.
Sorry, tipping error ;-)

Is there still any interest in "TheAnswerIII"?
Matthias Sar is looking for all users who still work or have worked
with TheAnswerIII and don't want that such a good POINT program simply
fades away. Please contact Matthias Sar
with your name, who will collect the votes and pass them on to the author.
Sar wants to ask the author (Wegar) to give his project (TA3) into the
hands of programmers who still see some sense in supporting TA3. Alternatively,
maybe the author can be persuaded to release a public keyfile so that all
interested users can use the program.

Clarissa-HTTPd

Clarissa-HTTPd
Clarissa-HTTPd is another HTTP-Server which is programmed in AREXX and can be a good alternative to
the giant Apache. If you read the enclosed documentation you can see which operations are possible with the server.
For more information please have a look at the readme-file. But there is still one disadvantage (for some people
it might be an advantage): The current version has been written completely in German as well as the script
of the server itself and the examples of the CGI-scripts.
Download:
Clarissa_HTTPd.lha -
readme
or at the homepage of Clarissa-HTTPd (see title link).

New Company: SurvivorOrg
«After the recent news of Crystal Software and Electronics (CS&E) leaving the
Amiga market, and the following news that Dirk Harlaar would be the new managing
director of CS&E, this news has to be rectified once again. Managing director of
CS&E, David Connolly, has decided to stay managing director of his company.
However, CS&E will no longer be active in the Amiga market. A new company has
been founded, Survivor Org., which has gotten the rights to any Amiga publications
CS&E had. Managing director of this company is Dirk Harlaar. (And this is the final,
true news). Survivor Org. will focus on Amiga software, and we hope to bring you
more news about forthcoming releases soon. Please understand that this new company
is still in the very early days. We do have some games signed up already, but it is
much to early to say anything about them yet. Cosmos Fun Class, the educational
program that "came with the inventory of CS&E" will be released shortly by Survivor
Org.»
