Hardware: Gayle reset fix for Amiga 1200
RastPort's KA21 is a hardware Gayle reset fix for Amiga 1200. Features:
- Generates missing PCMCIA reset signal during reboot. It is needed by many PCMCIA cards to be detected by the system after reboot.
- Pins for connecting optional reset button.
- Pins for 2-way and 4-way clockport expanders. These devices need A15 (and A14 for 4-way units) signal, which is usually taken from Kickstart ROM by inserting additional socket. With KA21 these signals can be connected to two pins on the unit.
KA21 should be available from RastPort distributors at half of August. (snx)

Game: AIBOT
Press release: AIBOT is a test game of an educational game idea aimed at teaching coding principles to a player. It was made for Christiandevs Speedgame 2018 competition and received a honorable mention.
In AIBOT you are controlling a robot through coding its movement, mainly with an aim of getting to a certain location at a level. Completing a level will open up new levels and give money to buy more commands for your robot to use.
You can save your robot's code that you have created, or if you are stuck, you can even load pre-existing code to see how to beat the level. As it is in coding for real, so in this game too: there are multiple ways to reach the goal, and it is limited only upon player's imagination to figure out which exact way to complete them.
You can see a bit about the game from the video Apostolic Game Designers: Christian Speedgame Competition 2018 - 8 new games.
At start, AIBOT is available through Indiego Appstore. It will at later point also be uploaded to Aminet, but in effort to show support to Indiego Appstore, it is available from there for now. AIBOT is available to all main Amiga platforms (AmigaOS 3.x, AmigaOS 4, AROS, MorphOS) and also Windows.
Notice that this was made with Hollywood using power-heavy ways for graphics, so you need very powered-up machine to have a chance for this to work on Amiga computers. (snx)

Emulator: WinUAE 4.0.1 released
Since yesterday, version 4.0.1 of the Amiga emulator WinUAE is available. Mainly fixing bugs, among other new features now also the Amiga 4000T turboboard Quikpak 4060 can be emulated.
4.0.0 bugs fixed:
- Enabled “Minimize when focus is lost” option caused crash in some situations.
- 64-bit FPU mode always changed back to 80-bit if config file was loaded.
- 80-bit native FPU mode FREM and FMOD returned wrong results.
- RTG statefile restore didn’t restore screen state completely.
Other bugs fixed:
- “Minimize when focus is lost” incorrectly activated when switching modes in some situations.
- “Minimize when focus is lost” minimized main emulation window when GUI was open and main window lost focus.
- If CPU panel FPU mode select menu was active and then some other panel was opened: JIT was switched off.
- CD audio play from real/virtual CD (not from directly mounted image file) didn’t restart correctly if audio settings changed.
- Only some emulated SCSI controllers flashed CD led when emulating a CD drive.
- input.keyboard_type was always read as Amiga keyboard. If PC layout was set as default, keyboard layout was read incorrectly from config file.
- Amiga reset during active RTG rendering in RTG Multithread mode could have caused a crash.
- RTG Multithread mode display refreshing was unreliable in 8-bit modes when palette changed.
- Finally fixed corrupted drag and drop graphics in Harddrives and Disk Swapper panel.
- When inserting previously connected USB input device, previous device type (Gamepad, CD32 pad etc) and autofire mode (if any) was not restored.
- Clipboard sharing could have attempted to transfer data to Amiga side after program had taken over the system, possibly overwriting memory.
New features:
- Environmental variables (%variable%) in paths are not anymore resolved immediately when config is loaded but only when needed without modifying original path, preserving original path if config file is saved again.
- Added full statefile absolute/relative path support. Loading statefile will restore correct paths even if absolute/relative path mode was changed after saving the statefile.
- D3D9 and D3D11 VSync mode (both lagless and standard) 100/120Hz support with optional black frame insertion.
- 68060 FPU was not disabled after soft reset if 68060 was configured without emulated 68060 accelerator board, causing reset loop.

Video: MorphOS 3.11 on emulated computer
Under the title link, Luigi Burdo has published a video on YouTube of MorphOS 3.11 which under QEMU 3.0 (amiga-news.de reported) runs on a PC with AMD-Threadripper-1950X-processor.
The video does not show applications demanding high processing power but only the operating system itself: Utilities, little games, the web browser Odyssey, preferences and diverse screen savers.

Graphics board: Advance order of ZZ9000 (successor of VA2000)
The ZZ9000 is the successor of the FPGA-based and open source Zorro II/III compatible graphics board MNT VA2000 developed two years ago by Lukas F. Hartmann and now can be preordered.
The ZZ9000 combines a RTG graphics board, AGA scandoubler and network card equipped with two 666-MHz-ARM coprocessors for applications demanding high processing power like accelerated graphic rendering or JPEG and MP3 decoding. Besides, some of the improvements will also benefit the VA2000. The delivery is scheduled for the end of October.

New Amiga 1200 cases available / Goal for Amiga 500 mouse reached (Update)
Initiated one a half year ago by Philippe Lang, the replacement cases for the Amiga 1200 are now available in online shops for the first time. They can be ordered from Amigastore.eu (Spain), Amedia Computer (France), AmigaKit (Great Britain) and AmigaOnTheLake (USA).
As a result of financing the A500 cases (amiga-news.de reported), now the Amiga mouse can be produced because currently 191539 US-Dollar have been donated.

Operating system: MorphOS 3.11 released

Print magazine: Pre-orders for "CD32 Scene Magazine"
The "CD32 Scene Magazine" is supposed to become an English-language CD32 magazine which will be published every two month. 36 to 40 pages are planned in DIN A5 format. Every magazine will have a CD containing playable demos of commercial games, PD or scene releases and exclusive games.
The first issue is supposed to be delivered at the beginning of August. You now can preorder the first issue for 4,99 GBP (about 5,60 Euro). Topics of the first issue:

BBC: "The Computer Literacy Project" from the 80s online
The BBC has put online all the parts of its television programme "The Computer Literacy Project" broadcasted from 1982 to 1989. Using a search term you can filter the programmes. On 11th October 1985 the Amiga was mentioned for the first time and introduced as the only home computer featuring voice output without additional equippment.

Hollywood plugin: Polybios 1.0a
Press release: Airsoft Softwair, the hardest working men in code business, are back on your screen with Polybios 1.0a - the ultimate PDF tool for Hollywood. Thanks to the efforts of Stefan "Bebbo" Franke, who ported gcc 6.4 for the m68k platform, Polybios' PDF renderer is now also available for the m68k and m68k/m881 platforms. This finally provides OS3 users with a state-of-the-art PDF renderer as well! For optimal speed it is recommended to use the FPU version because Polybios' PDF renderer is quite heavy on floating point arithmetics.
Additionally, version 1.0a contains a bug fix in the AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS versions of Polybios. No changes were made to the builds for all the other platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android) which is why the version number wasn't bumped to 1.1 but just uses 1.0a for the moment. Polybios is available for free download from the official Hollywood portal.

AmigaOS 4/MorphOS: Ask Me Up XXL 3.4
Jérôme 'Glames' Senay's Ask Me Up is a one to five player quiz game for AmigaOS 4, MorphOS and Windows featuring 17000 questions in 17 categories. A demo version containing 80 questions is available for free.
In version 3.4 some questions were fixed ("People" and "Miscellaneous" themes) as well as some Italian and Portuguese comments which were not related to the right question. Sound effects can now be played also on A-EON Enhancer Software computers (requires at least sound.datatype 53.30).

Hollywood: APK Compiler 2.4 released
Press release: The Hollywood APK Compiler is now available in version 2.4. This version removes support for the armeabi architecture because it is no longer supported by the latest Android SDK. Note that you should not upgrade to this version unless you want to use the latest Android SDK. If you have a working installation of Hollywood APK Compiler, just keep it because this update is only here to make the Hollywood APK Compiler compatible with the latest Android SDK version.

AmigaOS 4: ODS-Add-on 0.31 for ignition
After the release of the beta version 5 of his further development of Axel Dörfler's spreadsheet ignition 1.0 in May, Achim Pankalla now also has updated the ODS add-on. At least the beta version 4 of ignition is required. Version 0.31 is a bug fix release:
- Now cell sizes in inch are correctly regocnized
- Function with a two chraracter name now correctly implemented
- The math-comparison < > are now known
- In some cases, strings were misinterpreted, this is corrected

On eBay (Germany, Great Britain) the Polish shop Electroware offers replacement power supplies for the Amiga 500, 500+, 600 and 1200. Compared to the original ones provided by Commodore they have 50 watt and thus twice as much capacity and only half the size.

Reaction test: R²Z 1.5
Ulrich Becker's has updated his Hollywood program R²Z. In this version Unicode support was added as well as small countdown on each trial.
About this program, Ulrich Becker wrote on his website: "R²Z - Reiz-Reaktion-Zeit. A program to measure times required to motor-react (pressing a key or the display) to different visual stimuli."
The program is available in German and English for AmigaOS 3.x, AROS and MorphOS. A graphics board is required.

Emulator: WinUAE 4.0.0 released
Version 4.0.0 of the well-known Amiga emulator WinUAE has been released. Compared to the new features and changes announced in the preview, the following ones have been implemented as well:
New features:
- Host mode FPU emulation mode is finally full extended precision (80-bit) capable. It is also fully JIT compatible.
- Harddrive imager now also supports native (mainboard/expansion board) IDE connected CHS-only drives.
- Cirrus Logic RTG horizontal doubling support, keeps aspect ratio in doublescan modes.
- Action Replay II/III state file support improved.
- Windowed mode resize enable/disable option.
- CDTV SCSI and SRAM options moved to Expansions.
3.6.x bug fixes:
- Direct3D11 fullscreen mode didn’t open if monitor was connected to non-default GPU. (For example laptops with Intel and NVidia GPU with NV GPU connected to external monitor)
- Direct3D11 fullscreen ALT-TAB refresh problems and other D3D11 fixes.
- 68030 MMU PLOAD was broken (Caused Amiga Linux crash at boot).
Older bugs fixed:
- Reset when uaescsi.device CD was mounted caused memory corruption/crash in certain situations.
- Old JIT bug fixed: many CPU instructions didn’t set V-flag correctly. (Aranym)
- Inserting or removing USB input device caused crash in some situations.
- Softfloat FPU edge case fixes (FABS, FNEG with infinity, logarithmic instructions with NaN)
- Decrease/increase emulation speed input events didn’t do anything.
- Toccata audio was not fully closed when reset/reset and caused crash if new config was loaded and started.
- Removed forgotten, useless and obsolete “The selected screen mode can’t be displayed in a window, because..” check.
- Fixed WASAPI Exclusive mode audio glitches when paused/unpaused.
- Paula audio volume GUI volume setting was ignored if audio mode was mono.

Additional to the full CD image for installing the Linux distribution Debian Jessie on the Teron-based original AmigaOne, now there is a saved image via Internet. Commercial game: 'Worthy' is available
Andreas Rösner wrote: Pixelglass Games has released a brand new game to the Amiga community called Worthy. Similar as in real life, you have to collect diamonds to conquer the heart of your lady. You can achieve that by travelling from level to level, killing enemies, avoiding traps and collecting diamonds.
The main drive for the game character is beer which is drunken a lot to hopefully complete the adventures.
The game was optimized for 50 Hz and offers 40 levels, many puzzles, pixel graphics with 32 colours as well as catchy melodies and sound effects. Furthermore Worthy has different scenarios of the end of the game depending on how successful the player has been.
Worthy can be purchased on AMIGA.net.pl on disks, CD or as download version for all Amigas. The game can be installed on harddrive but can also be started from disk or CD. A "boxed version" with additional features is available as well.
At least the game requires an Amiga 500 with 1 MB, the CD and HD versions 0,5 MB Fast Ram more. The different versions cost between 9 and 29 Euro (including shipping). On YouTube you can watch the release trailer.

Cloud memory with Amiga access: AmiCloud 2.0
The AmiCloud client for all Amiga systems as well as Windows, Linux and Mac OS X allows the access to a cloud memory without traffic limitation for public contents provided by Pascal Papara.
Version 2.0 of the client written with Hollywood now supports an unlimited number of sub-folders. The list of changes:
- FIX: Sometimes ACManager was not able to connect to AmiCloud, this should be resolved now.
- FIX: Due to an Hollywood bug the local index is now using a temporary fix that mimic the bugged functions, when the bug will be fixed the standard commands will be restored because this fix is a bit slower.
- NEW: Local Index is now smaller, useless data has been removed.
- NEW: Added feedback to the main AmiCLoud window : now when a folder and/or a subfolder is synchronized a message is shown.
- FIX: Fixed a bug that was causing errors when UTF8 characters were used in the filenames.
- NEW: Added a local index cleanup function at the end of the synchronization process to remove useless entries.
- NEW: Nested folders support.
- New core functionalities to handle this new feature in a recursive fashion
- Reworked the sharing window to show the folders structure using a treeview
- Windows & MacOS versions uses system AppData folders to write application data.
- NEW: Server error 403 Forbidden is now handled by the client.
- NEW: Added a information Windows to access quickly related web resources and to check for updates.
- NEW: Added several messages to make it clearer what AmiCloud is doing.
- NEW: Added multiuser support, heach account can have its own shared folder on the same computer.
- FIX: Users can change the shared folder if they need it.
- FIX: When exiting AmiCloud will wait for ACManager to finish its tasks to make it clear when the ACManager is quitted.
Meanwhile AmiCloud can also upload and download files using the browser.

Cloanto: Amiga Explorer 7 released
Cloanto's Amiga Explorer "makes it possible to access the resources of an Amiga computer from one or more Windows systems". This new version provides "support for additional types of serial devices and ports, including COM port numbers higher than 9". A list of changes you can find under the title link.
The Amiga Explorer is Shareware, updates are available for free. Users of a plus-edition of Amiga Forever already have a licence. The source code of the programs was uploaded to a closed group on GitHub; as soon as the data exchange program will be finished, the source code will be released.

Microsoft acquired Github from founder Chris Wanstrath
Microsoft has acquired the developer platform Github for 7,5 Milliarden US Dollar Microsoft stock. "Microsoft Corporate Vice President Nat Friedman, founder of Xamarin and an open source veteran, will assume the role of GitHub CEO." Github will continue being open for other operating systems than Windows. Currently over 28 millions users use the platform. In the Github repository several Amiga specific developments are hosted as well.

The British dealer AmigaKit already had registered several trademarks with reference to Amiga in Great Britain (amiga-news.de reported). Now the trademark "A1200" was registered, too. In contrast, the application for registration of "SCSI2SD" was withdrawn.

Game: Full version of Mini Swat available
Andreas Rösner wrote: Three months ago a demo version of "Mini Swat" was uploaded to the Aminet. According to the developer duo of 'Amiga Wave', now the full version is available. The game was developed by José A. 'Jojo073' Gonzáles and Zoltar Estrayk. They also wrote the games "Brus Li" and "Else we get mad!".
Again the game was written with Backbone. The programs Deluxe Paint and ProTracker were also used. Compared with most of the Backbone games, "Mini Swat" is not a simple jump'n'run but a top-down-shooter like "Crack Down".
The game requires an Amiga equipped with ECS/OCS and 1 MB RAM. Interested players will get "Mini Swat" by e-mail for free from the developers using amigawave@gmail.com. On YouTube you can watch a video.

Two weeks ago amiga-news.de started using a common login for the comment section and forum - afterwards the login only worked as long as the browser session persisted. Now a login again is valid for 15 days and is automatically renewed for another 15 days if the user visits amiga-news.de during this period.

Game: Official update for Worms DC announced (update)
Andreas Rösner wrote: On Facebook Andy Davidson, who is the developer of original Amiga version of "Worms: The Director's Cut", has announced that after about twenty years the game will be updated.
Bei Worms DC is the successor of the initial version of Worms. Compared to it the game already uses the AGA chipset of the Amiga 1200 and 4000. Until today the game and its successors are very popular.
Worms DC offered a variety of opportunities of modding which meant much more than only creating new levels. This develops into a kind of popular sport among Amiga users and therefore many years after the release of the game new levels and extensions have been released by users.

amiga-news.de reader Mario Cattaneo has collected the information about the project available on facebook and supplied it to us. The developer is answering a few users' questions over there, and posted two screenshots aswell as a photo of his development machine:

want as many people who still love the Amiga to be able to enjoy it as

Will the unimplemented CD-ROM feature
that plays the FMV sequence from the MS-DOS, PlayStation and CD32

Andy Davidson: I will look into it after I’ve got the game options done, but this
is something of a memory test! It’s sort of like riding a bike but scrolling
through the code part of me is amazed I did this in the first place haha
There was a bug on my release copy that meant that options set weren’t
saved properly... most notable after switching on JAMIE AND HIS MAGIC TORCH
or CHORLTON AND THE WHEELIES options ;) I assume they will all save properly
now? ;)

Game announcement: Coco Banana
Andreas Rösner wrote: Amiten Software has started developing a new jump-&-run game for the Amiga. The game named "Coco Banana" will offer up to 30 levels, multidirectional dual parallax scrolling as well as special background music and sound effects.
The developers ask you to support them by donations (in total 500 Euro) but has announced to release "Coco Banana" in any case offering for free download.br>

MorphOS: E-Mail client Iris, beta version 27
Jacek 'jacadcaps' Piszczek's "Iris" is supposed to become the standard mail program for MorphOS. It supports IMAP and can read and create HTML mails. The program requires MorphOS 3.10. You can give feedback to the author using the corresponding discussion on Morphzone.
The speed of this new beta version was increased by about one third. Besides, the program now uses separate certifikates. Existing installations can be overwritten by the new version, the settings and the cache remain untouched. Now the developer is going to take a look at the outbox directory.
Changes in beta version 27:
- Serialized index loading when synchronizing folders in order to speed things up on non-SSD drives
- Compiled with a new toolchain for a >30 % (!) boost in performance
- Experimental local storage mode for IMAP. Please note that for now, all e-mail actions will be ignored while offline! Storing e-mails can be enabled in the Storage tab of account settings. Also note that only new messages will be downloaded once you enable local storage - to force downloading of old messages, visit a given folder
- Custom certificates can now be saved per account/transport
- Folder refresh now logged only if some e-mails were actually downloaded
- Fixed: MIME parts missing a Content-Type header assume text/plain instead of application/octet-stream. Fixes displaying e-mails sent from SimpleMail
- Fixed: invalid certificate handling crashed in autoconfiguration / Add Account
- Fixed: certificate failure handling path leaked memory and signals
- Fixed: changing account storage from POP3 to IMAP and vice versa meant that the folders list would not refresh anymore

Apollo-Team: Delay of Vampire V4, Vampire 600 V2.1 being produced
Under the title link the Apollo team has announced that the release of the FPGA accelerator board Apollo V4 continues to be delayed. A single bug makes it necessary to rewrite an important part of the core. The team wrote: "Hundreds of hours have been spent on it to determine why the heck the Vampire V4 does work well on some Amiga 500 boards and not on others (despite same chips revisions). Team measured everything that could be measured (if you mind, majsta has the biggest thing we could measure) and crosschecked with all Altera manuals, and could not find a single hardware issue...the Amiga 500 is a real timing inferno. Most of us agrees that understanding women is easier than talking to an Amiga 500 chipset."
Igor 'Majsta' Majstorovic has started again the production of the Vampire 600. Some hardware components have been improved in V2.1, e.g. "better power circuitry, better caps, better socket, better cigarette smell, etc".

MorphOS: OpenXcom 1.0.74xxx
Paweł 'Stefkos' Stefański has updated his MorphOS port of OpenXcom. This is an open source clone of the Microprose game UFO: Enemy Unknown based on SDL. Additionally the original files of X-COM: UFO Defense are required.
Changes:
- UFO Xcom and Terror From The Deep work now
- When music is not loaded application is working (in original version it didn't)
- No FLC video (game support only intro application at the moment - UFO XCom)
- Software game display engine is really slow
- No OpenGL shaders

amiga-news.de: Common login for news section and forum
Historically amiga-news.de has been developed from several program packages which are completely independent. Therefore you had to separately log in the comment section and the forum although both sections used the same user database.
In the course of adapting to the General Data Protection Regulation we have changed to a common login. Users only have to log in once and are recognized as registered on the whole website. You have to accept the new General Data Protection Regulation while your first login.

WHDLoad: New installers until 19.05.2018
Using WHDLoad, you can install games, scene demos and intros from cracking groups to your harddisk that were only working from floppy disks previously. The following installers have been added until May 19th, 2018:

FastCache040+ 1.8
FastCache040+ is a patch for the 68040 and 68060.library, which replaces the functions CachePreDMA() and CachePostDMA(). The replacement functions are noticeably shorter and promise a more efficient management of the Copyback cache for the DMA. "While every system
will have some CPU performance loss under DMA conditions, the new functions keep this performance loss to a bare minimum."
A MMU is required. Tools like GigaMEM or VMM which provide virtual memory must not be used. And as the author also wrote: "Do NOT use this patch with any
code which uses the MMU to write protect or remap modified data structures!...Remapping a mirror image of the Kickstart ROM with the MMU is OK!"
Users of a Phase5-68060.library first should run FixMapP5 before starting the patch.

MUIMapparium 0.7 for all Amiga systems
Marcus 'ALB42' Sackrow's OpenStreetMap viewer Mapparium now is available as version 0.7. Additional to several bug fixes (e.g. search function) you can now export maps as PNG images, routes as HTML files, trackplots as PNG images and tracks as HTML files. It is also possible to load EXIF of photos and to show the photo position on map.

Dungeon crawler BOH and retro arcade game Huenison on CD
In April 2009 Simone Bevilacqua released the first version his commerzial Dungeon crawler BOH. Since then 18 updates have been released - the last one dating from March of this year. Since the author considers the project complete, he released the final version on CD.
The CD contains ports of BOH for AmigaOS 4, AROS, Linux Mac OS and Windows as well as the soundtrack as audio tracks. The manuals have been reworked and the CD and DVD covers have a new design.
Simultaneously the author also released his retro arcade game Huenison, available for the first time in 2013, on CD. It contains the latest ports of AmigaOS 4 and Windows as well as reworked manual.
You can order the games for 15 (BOH) or 12 Euro from the developer via e-mail. The preorders are collected and then oictures will be sent showing the final product. Only if the user still is interested in the game(s) the money has to be paid. The exact process Bevilacqua has summarized on a poster.

Kickstart campaign: "Commodore - The Final Years" successfully financed
The third and last part of Brian Bagnall's history of Commodore was successfully financed: The Kickstarter campaign has collected about 62.000 Euro. Thus "Commodore - The Final Years" will be published in the highest possible quality: 16 pages with colour photos, embossed foil cover, sewn binding and a foil stamped spine.
At the beginning of the campaign Bagnall did announce that he is going to publish the book - which has been almost completely written - this year.

Game database: The Legacy goes offline
TheLegacy, which calls itself as "nostalgic game museum, is a game database founded in 1999 providing information, scans and screenshots to over 40.000 games for several nostalgic computer systems. According to the administrators they have not sufficient time to update the website to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore the website will go offline on May 24th.

Processor: MC68000 manual as PDF

AmigaOS 4: ignition and ODS add-on updated
Achim Pankalla writes: After more than a year of working, the beta 5 of the spreadsheet "ignitionOS4" is now available on the Sourceforge pages. The most important innovation of this version is the print routine, which now easily brings graphics and diagrams to paper. In addition, the print margins are also considered.
Furthermore, two errors in the diagram modules were corrected and some mathematical functions adapted in their behavior to those of the standard applications, so that the import of foreign formats works better. Also some minor and major errors have been removed from the program. The installation now also includes the alternative icon set and a translation into French. The revised manual is now available in English.
Parallel to the release of igntionOS4, the add-on ODS gets a functional update. Now the module takes over the positioning of the data in the cell in the horizontal and vertical when loading and storing. In addition, within the possibilities of ignition, the cell frames are also converted.
The add-on requires at least Ignition 1.0 beta 4 and AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition. It can load and save documents in ODS format. This format is used by Libre and OpenOffice-Calc, but can also be exported and imported by other spreadsheets. The add-on is still a "beta" version!
The author requests to not keep bugs and wishes for functional enhancements of the programs to oneself, but to simply contact him. This is not only possible via e-mail, but also via the OS4Welt forum, where is a support page. He also wants to thank everyone who supported him with such feedback and of course his beta testers!
The new version of the add-on can be found on Aminet or OS4Depot as well as on Sourceforge at the title link. (snx)

AmigaKit registers several trademarks, e.g. "Amiga Kit Gotek"
At the beginning of 2017 Amiga, Inc. lost the US registration of the trademark "Amiga" due to inactivity. Afterwards Hyperion and Cloanto competed to diverse Amiga trademarks and are involved in several judicial proceedings.
The British dealer and X5000 distributor Amigakit also became active: Instead of trademarks like "Amiga", "Workbench" or "Amiga Forever" the company concentrated on different ones: In Great Britain (overview) "Amigakit" and the logo "amiga.org" - for some years the website belongs to the British dealer - were registered but also "Amiga Kit" and eventually "Amiga Kit Gotek".
In den Benelux countries Leaman Computing owns the trademark Amigakit and in the Welsh hometown of the company Amiga Technology Ltd. was founded.

MilkyTracker 1.2
In April version 1.2 of the Milkytracker was released for AmigaOS 4 (amiga-news.de reported) as well as AmigaOS 3.x and MorphOS. Under the title link now an updated version for AROS is available as well - but only for ABI v1.
Milkytracker is a completely compatible clone of ProTracker resp. FastTracker II featuring a highly improved editor.
