Additionally required are merely a file with the Kickstart ROM as well as a Workbench disk of version 3.x at least. With AmigaSYS 4, it is now possible to install AmigaOS 3.9 without 3.0 or 3.1. According to a spokesman it will appeal the court order. Commodore claims its daily operations are not affected by the legal battle. Its branding company has no personnel. The Cinnamon Projects are financed with the bounties paid for Cinnamon Writer. The finished moduls are intellectual property of the Cinnamon-author as well as of the external developer.
