SAFIR: IRC session with Hans-Jörg Frieden (English)
On the Swedish SAFIR web page, the transcript of an IRC session with Hans-Jörg Frieden was published. Among other things, it is disclosed herein that work will continue on the completion of the "classic" version of AmigaOS 4 as soon as the AmigaOne version is rolled out - which will be the case really soon.
Currently, the final ISO file for AmigaOne computers is being prepared, which should be distributed as a physical product in form of a CD together with appropriate packaging. On the other hand, the version for Amiga's with PowerPC acceleration cards still exhibits a couple of rough edges to straighten out, which, however, should no longer require too much time according to the developer's estimation. Additionally, a new SDK is being worked on.

Magazine: Amiga Future looking for translators
Andreas Magerl writes: "For the English version of the Amiga Future we look for more translators. If you have very good English skills (mainly English spelling and of course you should understand German as well), know the Amiga a bit and are motivated please write an e-mail to andreas@amigafuture.de.
The first issue will be #67 which is going to be released on 5th July. We ask all users who are interested in the magazine to order it as soon as possible."

MorphOS: MPlayer 1.0rc1-svn
Under the title link, Fabien Coeurjoly is making available a newer version of the MorphOS version of the video playback program MPlayer 1.0rc1. It is based on the source code from the version management SVN from April 10, 2007.
