`06.Mär.2003`	Abmahnung: Nethands.de wegen fehlendem Impressum abgemahnt Wie bereits mehrfach berichtet, ist vielen Homepage-Betreibern, egal ob gewerblich oder privat, nicht bewusst, dass die neuen Gesetze Teledienstegesetz (TDG) und/oder Mediendienste-Staatsvertrags (MDStV) die Pflicht zu einem Impressum vorsehen. Es gibt immer wieder findige (oder besser gesagt windige) Rechtsanwälte, die ihre Brötchen mit Abmahnungen zu verdienen suchen. Windig deshalb, weil es durchaus möglich wäre, auf einen eventuellen Verstoß per E-Mail aufmerksam zu machen und Abhilfe zu fordern. Erst wenn das erfolglos bleibt, ist unserer Meinung nach eine Abmahnung gerechtfertigt. Das Gesetz wurde schließlich zum Schutze der Surfer geschaffen, und nicht dazu, dass sich Rechtsanwälte durch Abmahnungen bereichern. `04.Mär.2003` Bjorn Lynne (E-Mail)	Neuer Audio-Track von Bjorn Lynne Bjorn Lynne hat seinen Audio-Track "Back in the Big Time" als kostenlos herunterladbare MP3-Version bei mp3.com online gestellt. Lynne schreibt: I hope you'll like the track. I did everything myself on it, including the sexy "uh..." voice :-), the "bap-bap-bap-baaah" singing, the funky wah-wah guitar, etc. The keyboard solos were deliberately included exactly as they were played on the first take, without any corrections or re-takes. I wanted to capture them exactly as they just fell out the first time, with imperfections and everything. :-) The bass guitar sound is taken from my own instrumental sample-CDROM "Top Production Samples" ( www.lynnemusic.com/tps1.html ) which contains a lot of instruments and loops for use in your own music. I have also entered this track into a contest/review thing at the other music site, MakeAStar.com. But it hasn't entered the "voting stage" yet. I will write again if/when this track goes into voting at MakeAStar, and hope for your vote then. :-) This is the 6th or 7th track I have created in a kind of "jazzy" mood. I had quite a good response earlier to the tracks "Lounge Living" and "Understatement". `01.Mär.2003` Scenia/Acumen	Assembly-Demos auf dem Tampere Film Festival Die Wild-Demo "World War II Memoires" von Milan "Acumen" Kolarovic, die auf der finnischen Demosceneparty Assembly 2001 gezeigt wurde, und die Animation "Project Kerosene" von der Assembly 2002 werden auf dem internationalen Tampere Film Festival am 8. März 2003 in Tampere, Finnland, vorgeführt. Die Videos wurden für den Micromovies-Wettbewerb ausgewählt, dessen Gewinner mit 10.000 US-Dollar prämiert wird.
