Game for kids: Final demo version of "The Young Salzgitter Icefighter"
After several preliminary demo versions and a new name (amiga-news.de reported), the final demo version of the children's game "The Young Salzgitter Icefighter" has now been released, in which the first two levels can be tested.
The complete game with eleven levels is available as a physical version on flopy disc, costs ¤8 within Germany, including postage, and can be ordered directly from the developer by e-mail. Shipping outside Germany is on request. You can also register your interest in a boxed version with the developer.

Shoot'em Up: Demo update for "Rex and the Galactic Plague"
"Rex and the Galactic Plague" (video) is a vertically scrolling shooter that the developer originally wanted to develop with the Shoot'em Up Construction Kit before switching to the Scorpion Engine. Action game: Amiga Yoomp! 1.08
Amiga Yoomp! is a conversion of an Atari 8-bit game from 2007. Version 1.08 has now been released, adding keyboard control (cursor keys, up/space bar to jump). In addition, the game can now be paused by pressing the P key, while the B key can be used to remove dithering until the next level starts.

AmigaOS 4: Preview video of GemRB 0.8.8 WIP
GemRB is a reimplementation of BioWare's Infinity Engine, which is used to develop computer role-playing games based on the Dungeons & Dragons rules (e.g. Baldur's Gate). GemRB stands for "Game engine made with pre-rendered background".
After Andrea 'afxgroup' Palmatè's AmigaOS 4 port of version 0.7.2 in 2012 and later ports of version 0.8.8, released in 2021, to MorphOS and AROS, Steffen Häuser is now also adapting the latter to AmigaOS 4. At the title link you will find a preview video.

Platformer: BOOM!
In recognition of AmigaBill's commitment to the Amiga community, Dan 'zooperdan' Thoresen has released a small platform game in which he plays the protagonist. Demoparty: A look back at MountainBytes 2025 (German)
Last weekend, the MountainBytes demo party 2025 took place in Switzerland. The "Amiga User Group Switzerland" took part for the first time with a specially created demo and wrote a German-language report about the event at the title link.
