A-EON Technology: Amiga developers needed
According to A-EON in an English-language press release (PDF-file), the company has purchased several 68k and PowerPC programms and currently has more than 14 paid developers who are working on 23 software projects. A-EON has also created a dedicated SVN resource for all developers as well as "Mantis bug tracker together with a developer mailing list and Wiki to aid software development."
A-EON is "keen to expand and accelerate our software development effort to create new applications and utilities for the PowerPC and 68k platforms." Therefore they "are looking for experienced

Automatic monitor switcher: Connection for CR-version of Indivision MK2
André 'Ratte' Pfeiffer's automatic monitor switcher now can also be connected to the CR-version of the Flickerfixer Indivision MK2.
The developer has published the schema of a board which together with plugs from the local electronics store results in a connection cable, which owners of a MK2cr can use with the automatic monitor switcher without needing an additional adapter. André Pfeiffer thanks the user 'KneteKnut' for the lent Flickerfixer.

Kickstart 'ROMs': 3.X ROM chips from Cloanto
An increasing number of vendors is offering so-called "3.X ROMs" that can be built into all Amiga models except the A1000. Printed magazine: Amiga Future 117 - Preview and extracts
Today some coloured extracts and previews have been published of issue 117 (November/December 2015) of the Amiga Future. Highlights of the issue are an interview with Kurt Cotoaga (Demonware), a review of hardware for the year 2016 and the sixth part of the workshop Developing Demo Effects #6: Handling the the Glenz. Fabio Falcucci has updated his Hollywood library "Easing Lib". There are no detailed information of changes in version 1.2. In a thread on a1k.org, some screenshots of "Amiga Racer" were published. Additionally the developer justifies himself to the users there. The game explicitly is inspired by Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge and will be offered for free for AmigaOS 3 (68020), AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS.

Playstation-Emulator: FPSE 0.10.5 for all Amiga systems
The "Free Play Station Emulator" (FPSE) now is available in version 0.10.5 for AmigaOS 3/4, MorphOS and AROS/x86. The plugin, which emulates joypads using the lowlevel.library, now can use two joysticks to emulate PSX-Joypads. Besides, a SDK for the development of the plugin is available.

WebGL: Amiga-Juggler-animation as an example programm

Shoot'em Up: Richard Löwenstein (Amiga Joker) develops RESHOOT

Hyperion Entertainment is very pleased to announce the imminent release of the long awaited adventure/strategy/RPG crossover game Gorky 17 originally by Metropolis Software House for AmigaOS! Hollywood: HTTP-Streamer-Plugin
Press release: Airsoft Softwair - the hardest work men in code business - are proud to present a brand-new plugin for Hollywood: The HTTP Streamer. This plugin allows Hollywood scripts to open files stored on HTTP servers as if they were local files.
Furthermore, the plugin also supports streaming of audio and video files via HTTP if the AVCodec plugin is installed. This finally makes it possible to do video and audio streaming with Hollywood which opens up a whole new range of possibilities for developers! Once this plugin has been activated, all Hollywood functions that deal with files will "automagically" be able to open files from HTTP sources as if they were stored on a local drive. It just doesn't get any more convenient!

Announcement: Games industry simulation Game Tycoon 2 also for Amiga
According to the developer on the website of the project, the successor of the games industry simulation "Game Tycoon" which was released in 2003, is supposed to be available at the end of October via "Steam Early Access" for Windows. At the same time a website for an Amiga version of the game has been established, which announces a port for Amiga ECS-systems for 2017 and maybe an "an optimized version for AGA" but which "isn't sure".

AnimWebConverter 2.0 (AmigaOS 3/4, MorphOS)
AnimWebConverter is a little Hollywood programm for AmigaOS 3/4 and MorphOS which can convert IFF-animations of the Anim- or Yafa-format into animated GIF- and PNG-files. It can also change the size. In 2013 for the French magazine "Amiga Power", Philippe Ferruci has interviewed David Pleasance - who is the former executive director of Commodore UK. Browser application: Amiga PCB Explorer now supports Amiga 1200
