8-Bit Remake: R.E.R.O. (preview)
R.E.R.O. (video) is a remake of the classic Activision game H.E.R.O.. A preview featuring nine playable levels has been available for quite some time.

AnimWebConverter 4.0
AnimWebConverter is a little Hollywood tool for AmigaOS 3/4 and MorphOS for converting IFF animations of the ANIM or YAFA format into animated GIF and PNG files. Changing the size also is possible. In version 4.0 a fullscreen mode as well as a PDF manual have been added. Additionally some bugs have been fixed.

PDF Magazine: REV'n'GE 108 (Italian/English)
The PDF magazine REV'n'GE ("Retro Emulator Vision and Game") is available in Italian as well as in an English-language translation. REV'n'GE compares and reviews games and programs on vintage computers.

Event: Flashback 20/20 featuring Amiga 35 postponed until Spetember
The Dutch event "Amiga 35" in Hilversum, originally planned at the end of June and part of the bigger event "Flashback 20/20", will be postponed until 12./13. September due to the Corona pandemic. According to the organizers, "all tickets will remain valid for the new dates."

FPGA: Apollo-Core update Gold 2.12
The Apollo-Core is a FPGA reimplementation of the m68k series produced by Motorola which also provides a separate graphics driver called SAGA. The core is used in the Vampire accelerator boards 600 V2, 500 V2+ and 1200 V2.
Among other changes, version "Gold 2.12" provides new 15/16Bit-RTG modes, mouse improvements and an updated EmuTOS-ROM.

Tiny little Slug: Interview with the developer / new video
A week and a half ago, APC&TCP released the jump'n'run game "Tiny little Slug" written by André Zeps (amiga-news.de reported). This evening, on 22. March at 7 p.m. (German time), 'AmigaBill' will interview the developer in his video channel.

Teaser video: Action adventure "Verge World Icarus Rising"
"Verge World" is an action adventure which for its 3D look uses the Voxel technique. The development is in a very early stage but some first pictures and screenshots are supposed to provide a first impression of the game.

Review: Remakes of old "Mutation Software" releases
In February Adrian Cummings announced that he is going to republish the games Tin Toy Adventure, Tommy Gun and Castle Kingdoms in order to develop new games for the Amiga afterwards. The first batch was released and according to the developer sold out within a few hours. Now a second batch is being produced.

Crowdfunding: Video documentation "Amiga 2020"
The project "Amiga 2020" has been successfully financed on Kickstarter. On the occassion of the 35th anniversary of the Amiga, the object is to reflect the current state of the Amiga scene. This will be done by documenting several events and interviews with members of the community, developers and publishers. "Amiga 2020" will be recorded by Steven Fletcher who in 2018 already filmed The Commodore Story.

Emulator: FS-UAE 3.0.3
Frode Solheim's Amiga emulator FS-UAE provides the new features made in WinUAE to a cross-platform UAE version for Windows, Mac OS X and several Linux and BSD versions. Version 3.0.3 fixed a crash when starting the Launcher in a KDE environment. This update only is relevant for Linux.
