MorphOS: DVD-Mastering with DVD-Engine (alpha)
Carsten Siegner's DVD-Engine is an user-interface for 10 already published programs which is supposed to make creating video- or picture-DVDs more easy. Currently stereo DVDs are supported, 5.1 Dolby Digital is planned for the next version.

Amiga Forever Live: Video and chat-log available
On December 4, a Streaming Meetup was hosted by Cloanto's Amiga Forever team (amiga-news.de reported).

Audio-Player: AmiTunes 0.4 (beta)
AmiTunes is a music manager written in AmiBlitz which is similar to Apple's iTunes. The current version only requires a middle performed Amiga (graphic boards are not supported) with a MAS-player. Versions with Reaction- or MUI-GUI will be published later.

Stanislaw Szymczyk has started the bounty project with 989 US-Dollar and 141 Euro where he has to port an Open-Source browser to AROS. He has published a first screenshot. He will port the Origyn Web Browser and will finish it until 1st of March.

Giana Sisters Remake for Nintendo DS announced
The author of Giana Sisters, Armin Gessert, will publish together with his "Spellbound Studios" a reworked remake of the game in April 2009 for the Nintendos Handheld DS.

Last weekend the second "AmiCon Party" took place in Pomaz (Hungary). In a short report at amigaworld.net "Cobra" told that additional to Classic Hardware different AmigaOne-, Sam440ep-, Pegasos- and Efika-Setups were to be seen.
