Hyperion celebrates its 10th birthday, website reworked
After a longer break the website of Hyperion can be accessed again: Celebrating its 10th birthday the website of the company was completely redesigned. Customer accounts and product registrations were not saved from the old website so there is a brief instruction how registered customers can get access to their old data.
The site uses modern web-technologies and therefore can only be limited used with IBrowse or AWeb. But downloads of software updates should work fine.

AROS: New test version of Efika-port
Michal Schulz has published an update of his AROS-port for the Efika-board developed by bplan. This fixes a USB-bug and offers now support of hraddrives as well (screenshot). Please note that you can start AROS only from that partition which also contains the file AROS.boot and the corresponding archive.

AmigaOS 4: Web-Browser OWB 3.7
Jörg Strohmayer has published an update of his port of the Origyn Web Browser. OWB 3.7 now is based on the latest version ("Galegon") of the rendering engine used in the OWB-project. The further changes are listed in the Changelog.

Edgar Schwan has published Vim 7.0 for his X11-environment AmiCygnix. Vim is a text editor. It is an improved version of the vi-editor which is included in most of the UNIX-systems.

USB-Stack: ANAIIS 0.98
ANAIIS ("Another Native Amiga IO Interface Stack") written by Gilles Pelletier is an USB-stack which runs on systems with a 68000-processor. The stack requires at least AmigaOS 1.3 and is meant for Zorro-II-systems without accelerator cards.

Stanislaw Szymczyk has published a first version of his AROS-port of the Origyn Web Browser for testing purposes (screenshot). So far for the bounty project 1231 US-Dollar and 120 Euro were donated.

Relec-Website reworked
The Swiss trader Relec has reworked its website. The website currently is only available in French but an English and German translation will follow soon.
The new design is not compatible to IBrowse and AWeb. Therefore the old website can be also accessed under relec.ch/index_old.html. Some products are currently not available there but will be added gradually.

MorphOS: Origyn Web Browser 1.1
Fabien "Fab" Coeurjoly has published a new version of the Origyn Web Browser. Coeurjoly offers three different versions of the program: Additional to the standard version with all functions there is an OWB-nosvg (no support for the SVG-format) and OWB-lite (no SVG-support, only UTF-8 and European codepages) which reduce the need for memory by some megabytes.

MorphOS: Software collection "MorphOS-Upgrade"
The archive "MorphOS-Upgrade" includes a collection of preinstalled programs which are supposed to complete the basic installation of MorphOS 2.x.
You can download the archive as well as get a list of the included programs under the title link. Developers who wants to add their software can find an eMail address in the archive. There is also a PMI file for updates via MorphUp.

AROS: Janus-UAE 0.2
With Janus-UAE Oliver 'o1i' Brunner has started developing a new branch of the Amiga emulator E-UAE for AROS/x86. The reason is the UAE-integration which is in the works. Especially Janus-UAE offers now Picasso96-support.

MorphOS: Odi 0.5
Version 0.5 includes a little tool called "Druckauftrag". Graphics or text files which you are going to print can be put on the appwindow on the Ambient-interface.
Over a little menu the printer interface can be chosen. Text files have to have the ending .txt, .readme or .log, the graphic files the formats PNG, JPG, BMP and IFF.

Unix compatibility: ixemul.library 50.0
The ixemul.library offers some of the Unix and BSD funktions under AmigaOS and makes it more easy to port corresponding software. Bernd Rösch has ported version 49.26 of the MorphOS-version of ixemul to AmigaOS 3.
The changes of this version are listed in the Changelog. The source code is available in the SVN-Repository of amiga.sourceforge.net.

The installer written by Guido 'geit' Mersmann is replacement of the original installation program provided by Commodore. THere are versions for AmigaOS 3 and MorphOS.

PanzerZ: Status-Update
On his website Jens "bruZard" Henschel has given a status update of the multiplayer shooter "PanzerZ" and has shown a preview of the new Panzer-graphics.
MorphOS: Diagnose-Tool TaskTree 1.5
TaskTree written by Christian "Tokai" Rosentreter shows all current tasks in a ranged way. Version 1.5 includes some optimations.
