AmigaOS 4: LoView 1.85, Sirena Player 1.01
LoView is a picture viewer with datatype-support which also offers some simple picture editing functions. In version 1.85 a Thumb-Viewer was added which interpretes EXIF-Thumb-information.
Sirena Player is an audio player written with Hollywood which plays MP3-, WAV- and MOD-files. In version 1.01 some minor bugs were fixed.

Lugaru HD written by Wolfire Games is an action-adventure where you have to move a humanoid rabbit.
The Amiga version only includes the files of the demo-version. If you want to play the full game you have to buy the (Linux-/Windows or Mac OS X) full version and then copy the required files.

MorphOS: Shoot'em Up HyperCannon 1.1
Kelly Samel has published an update of his Shoot'em Up HyperCannon. In version 1.1 some bugs were fixed:
- Fixed joypad remapping which wasn't working in last release
- Fixed a timer bug that caused various gameplay issues
- Fixed a problem that could cause a wave to never end
- A few small adjustments made to gameplay balancing
- On the fly overlay switching more stable press 'O' key
- Esc key exits game now

MorphOS: Origin Web Browser 1.8
Fabien "Fab" Coeurjoly has published an update of the Origyn Web Browser for MorphOS. As usual there are two different versions of the Browsers: OWB-lite, which is also part of the MorphOS 2.5, does not have any support for the SVG-format. Thus it uses less memory.
Version 1.8 can now play videos with Overlay in full screen mode. This causes less cpu-usage of the processor. Additionally the user can execute own JavaScript files in the browser similar to the Firefox-extension Greasemonkey.

Commercial game "Gish" (AmigaOS 4/MorphOS/AROS; Update)
In the commercial platformer Gish you have to move a ball of tar through different barriers.
Because the source code of the game is available now versions for AmigaOS 4 and MorphOS were published. The files of the commercial game are required.

MorphOS: Reggae-class jpeg.decoder 51.6
Michal 'rzookol' Zukowski has reworked his JPEG-Decoder for the multimedia library Reggae. Additional to bug fixes now DPI meta data are used as well. Press release: You may have read in various interviews that AmigaOS 4.1 has been booting to Workbench on the AmigaOne X1000 hardware for quite some time. We can also confirm that additional Nemo prototypes have been supplied to several OS4 developers to allow them to complete the necessary onboard hardware drivers (SATA, Ethernet and HD sound, USB is already mostly working). Meanwhile a revision 2 version of the Nemo motherboard is being finalised and to ensure we have the widest possible testing we are making 100 Rev 2 motherboards available to Beta testers under a special discount program..

Software-News: Photomolo 1.3, SoX 14.3.1, VorbisTools 1.4.0
SoX is an audio converter which can edit samples with different effects. Vorbistools is a collection of several programs for encoding and decoding as well as editing of audio files in the Ogg-Vorbis-format.
Photomolo creates thumbnails as well as a static HTML-navigation for pictures taken with a digital camera. The programs jpegcom, jpegnail and exifiron which are included in this package read and write text comments which are hidden in JPG-files, can delete or add thumbnails in EXIF- and JFIF-JPEG-pictures and can tweak the orientation of EXIF-JPEG-pictures.

MorphOS: Porting Audio Evolution 4 possible
After Davy Wentzler has announced that porting his HD-recording-software Audio Evolution to AROS is possible, some users of MorphOS have started to collect the required amount of 45 orders in advance making a port for MorphOS possible as well.
Currently about 30 orders (per 49 Euro) were collected. A Pegasos system for Wentzler was also provided. Wentzler is discussing in the corresponding thread at morphzone.org.

AROS: Test of Nouveau-2D-driver for nVidia-boards
Author Krzysztof "deadwood" Smiechowicz asks you to test his port of the Nouveau-drivers. Nightly Builds include a new version of this graphic drivers for nVidia-boards. You can choose Nouveau in the Grub-Bootmenu with the option "AROS NVidia Nouveau graphics".
You are supposed to test the following functions:
- Changing the screen resolution
- Opening a second screen (e. g. with Directory Opus)
Please note that the monitor is switched off while booting the system. The author asks you to post your feedback in the forum if the test was successfull.
Already tested: GeForce 2 GTS, GeForce 4200, GeForce 5200, GeForce 6200 and GeForce 8400 GS. The driver does not work properly with GeForce3200-boards.

Wii-Homebrewmanager 0.5
On Nintendo's Wii-console the Homebrew-software is used over the so called Homebrew-channel. The Homebrew-channel allows you to start programs which are saved on a SD-card.
The Wii-Homebrewmanager written by Sven Dröge allows you to manage this SD-card on an Amiga:
- Renaming or deleting programs
- Viewing and editing software details

Web-Browser: Sputnik bounty canceled
The persons in charge of the MorphOS bounty decided to cancel the bounty of the Sputnik project. All money will be payed back or used in different projects.
Soon all donators will get a message. They are asked to tell how the money should be used. Donators who will not get any message are asked to contact bounty-team@amigaclubhamburg.de.

GUI-Editor: Development of StormWizard GUI-System goes on
With permission of Haage&Partner the GUI-editor StormWizard is now available for free. Bernd Roesch has improved the editor and the corresponding wizard.library. It now includes adaptions to Amiga 4, MorphOS and AfA.

Mindless Zombies Records: Amiga-Music-Specials
Under the title link you can download three albums called Gore, Thingumabob and Tower & Shaf under the Creative-Commons-Licence for free. They were composed on an Amiga 500 and an Amiga 1200.

Cloanto: Amiga Forever 2010
The emulation package Amiga Forever 2010 has been released by Cloanto. New features include improved user interface (disk change, etc.), support for new Open RP9 format and CDTV and CD³² disc images, enhanced Export to Device functionality, new system ROMs, seamless printing and other new settings in Tools/Options, and more.
Customers who purchased the previous version on or after April 1st, 2010, have already been emailed with instructions to receive a free upgrade. An extra 5 dollar/euro shopping cart discount will be applied to upgrade orders placed until May 31, 2010. The internal version is 2010.0.0.0.

ACube: AmigaOS 4.1 for Sam460ex announced

Following the recent announcement about the Sam460ex, the latest addition to the SAM family, ACube Systems is very pleased to announce that the work to port AmigaOS 4.1 to the Sam460ex is in progress and it's carried out by our partner Hyperion Entertainment CVBA.
Screenshots are available at our website, the release date is still targeted for September.

With the OS4 Programming Guide a website was opened which is supposed to provide a guide for programming AmigaOS-4-software.
