Android/Chrome: Amiga Forever Essentials 1.07 and 1.0.0.2
Since the year 2013, Cloanto is distributing the "Amiga Forever Essentials" providing officially licensed Amiga-ROM and Amiga-OS files for Amiga emulators. For Android meanwhile version 1.07 is available, the Chrome version has been already updated to version 1.0.0.2 at the beginning of September.

Competition: Amiga Art Contest 2019
Douglas Compton, author of Ten Minute Amiga Retro Cast, and the American retailer Amiga On The Lake has organized a competition for pictures created with an Amiga. You can win, in three different categories, the paint program Personal Paint 7.3c. The deadline for entries is 15. Oktober.

FPGA computer: Vampire-V4 standalone version available at Amiga 34
At the Amiga 34, which will take place on 12./13. October in Neuss (Germany), the standalone version of the FPGA accelerator board Vampire V4 will celebrate its debut. For the Amiga 34, a special bundle was composed including the standard components aluminium case, a corresponding power supply unit and an AROS kickstart as well as the free add-ons compatible kuse, compatible Keyboard, CF adapter with a 32GB CF card and an USB Blaster (announcement as PDF file). The retail price is 549 Euro.

The PDF magazine REV'n'GE ("Retro Emulator Vision and Game") is available in Italian as well as in an English-language translation. REV'n'GE compares and reviews games and programs on vintage computers.

ZitaFTP: Update to version 1.8, end of special discount
Version 1.8 of ZitaFTP, a FTP server for AmigaOS 4 written by Hans de Ruiter, provides several bug fixes. Hans de Ruiter wrote: "The most serious issue that's been fixed was a security flaw that could allow users to access files outside of the shared directories."
